The Client: Georgia Organics

Project Description: The #GOconf Social Media Hub site acts as one place for people to go to participate in the online conversation about the Georgia Organics Conference. Instead of the tweets, facebook updates, flickr photos, and YouTube videos residing only on their respective sites (many people won’t know about them all) they will also be pulled into one site for all to view. In my experience, this type of site fosters increased participation by those that attend the event and allow not only attendees but also those following online to get more out of the conference. This increases their satisfaction with the event, allows the host to easily capture feedback (and address immediate problems), provides the host with more exposure across the web, and creates more interest in the organization.
